2019/2020 all out MISSION
All-Out Volleyball Club was founded in 2005 to provide an opportunity for local area athletes to train in a competitive environment where the objective is to gain the foundation necessary to compete at the highest level. Our focus at All Out is on quality over quantity. Our coaching staff is hand selected and consistently strong year to year. The focus is high quality people you can trust to make good decisions. All-Out believes in training our athletes in a positive and competitive environment with deliberate practice designed to help every athlete become the best they can be as volleyball players, student-athletes and teammates.
All Out believes in a quality over quantity approach to fielding teams and while we would love to field teams at all age groups we are unfortunately limited by the availability of practice facilities and thus, we can only accommodate roughly four teams per year. For the 2019 Club season we are fielding teams at the U12, U14, U16, and U17 levels. U12, U14, U15 are regional teams while the U17 team is a national travel team.
All Out practices out of the King's Junior and Senior High School facilities but also utilizes other area gymnasiums as well, including Northwest University in Kirkland. While we enjoy a close relationship with King's, we are by no means exclusive.
